Good place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cute bar area. The staff helped me exchange money on my first stay, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a comfortable visit. I'll be back for Christmas!

Fine Historic Architecture, Elegant Outdoor Bar Area, Proximity to Attractions
Noisy air conditioning units made it impossible to sleep comfortably!!! Shower water pressure was abysmal!!! Need to clarify parking arrangements upon check-in to avoid confusion!!!

Great getaway in Nantes
The suite was cozy and we enjoyed the welcome bubbly. The restaurant was pretty good, but the bar staff seemed a bit lost when we asked for a Manhattan. Location's prime too, super convenient for exploring. A little crowded in the lobby due to a conference, but still decent.

Breakfast was a feast of delights, especially the English muffins! Stellar service from a team that knows the city's vibe. The bar area has a nice selection of snacks, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
The air conditioning was a bit of a drama and the room cleaning left some half-drunk bottles in the fridge. Beware of unexpected charges for pets!

Modern rooms with quirky designs. Great atmosphere for art lovers with temporary galleries nearby. Check-in took longer than expected, and I faced some trouble with air conditioning.

Had a decent stay while visiting the nearby attractions. The staff were quite friendly, especially during breakfast, where they offered a good range of options. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was lacking, as I found half-drank bottles in the fridge and an overall feeling of neglect in tidiness. The air conditioning could have been better as well. It was a mixed experience, but I appreciated the helpful demeanor of the morning team.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant blend of historic architecture and modern decor with a beautiful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The spacious common areas were easily accessible and made navigation comfortable for anyone, especially seniors like myself.
Breakfast selection could be more diverse for dietary needs.
