Good place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cute bar area. The staff helped me exchange money on my first stay, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a comfortable visit. I'll be back for Christmas!

The suite was cozy and we enjoyed the welcome bubbly. The restaurant was pretty good, but the bar staff seemed a bit lost when we asked for a Manhattan. Location's prime too, super convenient for exploring. A little crowded in the lobby due to a conference, but still decent.

Breakfast was a feast of delights, especially the English muffins! Stellar service from a team that knows the city's vibe. The bar area has a nice selection of snacks, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.

The air conditioning was a bit of a drama and the room cleaning left some half-drunk bottles in the fridge. Beware of unexpected charges for pets!
